This is a great customer service satisfaction business.
My husband has a van, wheelchair accessible. A bolt broke under the driver seat. It's a seat designed for him that pivots, goes up & down, plus back and worth. It's the only vehicle he can drive. He called Mobility Solutions Inc. They said come in. We did one day after a doctor appointment. They had a hard time getting the old broken bolt out but they did. Got us all fixed up.They are fabulous and so friendly. We weren't there very long either. We highly recommend this place.

Best company hands down. I had them install a wheelchair lift on the back of my car three years ago and to this day they still treat me with respect and are so willing to help me! The staff there is incredible! I adore them.

I love Mobility Solutions!! Unlike their competitors they care about you as a person first, and customer second. We have a Toyota Sienna which my disabled husband could easily get into for about six months. When we realized his abilities were declining, we researched options. We kept hearing our current van could not be adapted and the only solution was to purchase a new adapted van with a huge price tag.
When we called Adam and his crew, their research found the perfect solution for our van!! They have great follow-up too. Our Bruno valet seat needs attention on occasion and they graciously work around my schedule and always go the extra mile.
I recommend Mobility Solutions for all your accessibility needs!!

First experience in needing mobility transportation and it was a good one. Adam walked me through the options, advantages and disadvantages of each. We ended up with a awesome hand operated pickup truck conversion that will have my wheelchair bound friend back on the road unassisted.
What an amazing company!! I don't know what I would do without them. I have been doing business with them for 16 years. The owner, Justin goes above and beyond for me over the years. I can call if I have an issue and they take care of it for me. Justin does professional work and he's very knowledgeable. Justin always listens to my needs and he always finds the solution. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a vehicle modification for their mobility needs. I give them an A+++
These guys are great at what they do! They go out of their way to help you figure out what you need. I needed a way to get my husband into the car. They installed the coolest Bruno chair. It automatically swivels out and drops down so he can slide from his scooter directly onto the chair and then I push the button and he moves safely into the car! They not only found the chair and installed it but also repaired the scooter chair for us! I know they will help with anything we need! Both friendly and knowledgeable we're so grateful someone recommended them to us. We truly love and appreciate them for the good they are doing!
Being a specialty shops like this, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I really feel like I was treated fairly. They looked for ways to reduce the cost of my needed repairs, and we're very patient with me in all my ignorance. I would definitely recommend.
We've been coming here since 2007. We bought a two year old Toyota van. The van is still in excellent shape and running smooth all because of the excellent care these guys give. They are rocks stars not only as mechanics but as human beings. They genuinely care about the ability of their customers to feel and function as independently as possible. Love you guys!

I've tried the other guys but most mobility solutions has gone out of their way to help me. It seems there's no problem too large or too small for them to handle
They do a great job every time i gone there , they have install and uninstall hand controllers a few times for me , very quick and professional, i will definitely got back and recommend family and friends to go there.

What an amazing company! I use an electric wheelchair and I have a lift on the back of my car so I can't get around without having someone with me all the time. The men there are great! They're always helpful with any questions I have or whenever something go wrong! Definitely recommend them for any of your mobility needs!!

This is my second pair of hand controls installed by them. I got my 2008 acuara tl done and my 1968 camaro done, they are good with special vehicles and get the job done without messing anything up.They are beyond friendly personable and professional. Such great people and they get exactly what you need and want done the way you ask and need.
I'm a quadriplegic and I bought my dodge ramp van from Mobility Solutions in 2005. I still have that van and have put nearly 250k miles on it since. Over the years I have been a repeat customer where Justin and his crew have done several repairs on my van to keep me going down the road and my independence in tact; whether it be repairs on my ramp, my door, an easy-lock or spending several tedius hours repairing holes in an old fuel tank; these repairs were always met with expertise, fairness, speed, and kindness... It's easy for me to say that I wouldn't still be moving forward independently without Mobility Solutions. They've gained a customer for life! These guys truly love what they do and genuinely care that their customers needs get met.
I've been coming to Mobility Solutions since 2006. Their team of experts do the highest quality of work. As someone with a disability, I can't afford to it my mobility needs in the hands of a company that cuts corners. Mobility Solutions' attention to detail is what sets them apart from their competitors. I can't give them enough praise!
I bought my van from mobility 10 years ago. They have continued to take care of my van and my power chair. I consider everyone that works there a friend. They are honest and extremely competent. I would recommend them to anyone who needs transportation help. Of course they are in business so they can provide for their families, but they are not out to make a buck. Their prices are surprisingly reasonable.
The crew at Mobility solutions are knowledgeable and do excellent work. I have had multiple vehicles serviced there and their work is always second to none.
I was excited to find a way to "shout out" to the Mobility Solutions team! I stumbled on to them way back in 2004 and since then have used them for many of my adaptive needs regularly. They have done an amazing job outfitting my SUVs, trucks, and a van with the equipment I needed to transport my power wheelchair and family, both reliably and safely. Having purchased many different power wheelchair lifts throughout that time, they have been so honest and straightforward with me and have even tackled some of the "tiny" jobs for me that others were not able to accommodate. These guys are great; you won't be disappointed!

Good Afternoon. I just wanted to make you aware of the excellent business that I found at Mobility Solutions. I have taken my vans and trucks to them for over 15 years. I have used para quad and other local Utah shops but Mobility Solutions is a step above the rest for customer satisfaction :). Justin and his team are honest and fair and do excellent work!. Many times they have spare parts in their shop and so they don’t charge you a dime. You will not regret getting service from them, they will take care of you –guaranteed!.
These guys were very patient with me and listened to everything I ask of them. Honest and straightforward. Priced better than the competition. Thanks guys... I'll be back again next time.

When I broke my neck 12 years ago MSI was there to help me regain my much desired independence. It's a big deal when something breaks and I can't get in my car, but MSI is always great to help me out as soon as possible. It also still surprises me that even though I'm probably there yearly at most, they always remember my name and my vehicle history.
Simply put, they're the best.

I've been a customer of Mobility Solutions in Sandy UT for many years, both for my old Chevy van with a Ricon Clearway W/C lift and now for my newer Ford van with a BraunAbility Under Vehicle Lift. Justin and his crew have been very professional and knowledgeable with any problems I've had with both lifts and I always feel confident that any repairs I have performed are serviced correctly, durably, and at a reasonable price. I recently had an electrical problem with my current lift and the platform wouldn't rise to close the lift - it was "stuck" in the down position and I couldn't leave the business that I had just been in. It was late in the afternoon, almost 5:00pm, but luckily Mobility Solutions was still open, so I called and spoke with Justin to see what I could do about the situation. He wasn't certain what the problem was, so he told me that after they closed for the day, he would personally drive out to where I was stranded and work on my lift after hours. I must say that I was very impressed with that. After he arrived, he got right to work on the lift and had it working again pretty quickly. What a relief it was that he was willing to come to me and fix the problem away from the shop so I didn't have to sleep in my van or have it towed! Many thanks Justin for your dedication and very fair repair bill. You have a customer for life!
Ok I have been to handful of mobility places for my vehicles to stairglides and in between but I promise there is not a more honest place than mobility solutions in sandy. I needed a new seatbelt connection point on 2011 Dodge grand caravan because one just broke off, even though Justin Haskins and Mobility Solutions Inc were missing a shop employee and very behind in their scheduled work load they took a few mins to find and install a replacement, and didn't charge me anything.............. I will continue to be a repeat customer whenever the need should arise..... :)

I've been going to mobility solutions for over 10 years. I'm a level C5 quadriplegic and they've helped me figure out how to drive. They were able to reduce the steering and breaking enough without needing to buy the expensive driving aids. I've purchased vans through them also. They are extremely trustworthy and have me as a lifetime customer.
These guys are great. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the equipment and know how to operate it. They installed a wheelchair lift in my GMC Terrain. I would recommend them to anyone.
